Degree Programs
The Insurance and Real Estate program is designed to provide the student a theoretical and practical foundation in the principles and practices of insurance and real estate. Students will be prepared to perform effectively in the insurance and real estate industries. Program features include real property valuation, insurance practice in the economy, and practicality in sales, management, and the total support systems.

After taking six courses (18 semester hours) required of all Insurance and Real Estate majors, students choose between two concentrations depending on their personal interests and career goals: Financial Planning or Real Estate. Each requires five courses (15 hours) for students to earn their BBA degree.
