Delta State University Guest Homes

Delta State University offers housing for DSU guests. Reservations are made for university sponsored events. To reserve these homes, approval must be obtained from the department sponsoring the event.  Please complete the reservation form and email to address below or mail to Joyce Shelton, Kent Wyatt Hall, Room 217.

 

301 McClain is a 2 bedroom house which may accommodate up to 8 guests.

Bedroom #1 provides one queen bed. Bedroom #2 includes 3 bunk beds (6 single beds).

 

314 Shumate is a 3 bedroom house which may accommodate up to 6 guests.

Bedroom #1 provides one queen bed. Bedrooms #2 and #3 each consist of 2 single beds.

 

Hugh White Hall is a 3 bedroom apartment which will accommodate up to 6 guests.  Bedroom #1 provides one queen bed.  Bedrooms #2 and #3 each consists of 2 single beds.

 

 

Rental Rates:

$40.00 per night

$150.00 per week

$400.00 per month
